Minny Price Family Assistant ("Minny") is a private assistant for the members of a single household. These terms govern its use. By using Minny you accept them.
Who may use Minny
Minny is invitation-only. She is made available to named members of the household and to nobody else. There is no public sign-up, and access may be withdrawn at any time.
No charge
Minny is not sold and no fee is charged for her use. She holds no payment instrument and does not make purchases or transfers on anyone's behalf.
Connected accounts
Minny acts on accounts that a household member has deliberately connected, within the access granted at the time of connection. You may withdraw that access at any time; for Google accounts, at myaccount.google.com/permissions. How connected-account data is handled is set out in the privacy policy.
What you agree to
- Only to connect accounts you are entitled to connect.
- Not to use Minny for anything unlawful.
- To check anything she drafts before it is sent, and anything she books before you rely on it.
What Minny is not
Minny is an assistant, not an adviser. She does not give legal, financial, medical or tax advice, and nothing she produces should be relied on as such. She can be wrong, and output should be checked before it is acted on.
Availability
Minny is provided as-is and as-available. There is no guaranteed uptime, no support commitment, and she may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, Minny — including any act she takes, fails to take, or takes incorrectly. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date above.
Applicable law
These terms do not override any rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any governing law or court jurisdiction will be determined under the rules that apply to the household and the operator.
